A popular casino game, roulette relies on chance via its spinning wheel to determine the outcome of bets placed on its table – making this fast-paced, accessible game suitable for players of all skill levels and odds levels. While winning may not come easily, strategies may increase chances.
Rules of Roulette are relatively simple: players place bets on a grid corresponding to the numbers on the roulette wheel and once betting has closed, a dealer spins it with a ball being dropped into one of its pockets – winning numbers being determined based on where this ball lands in one or more pockets on its passage around it.
There are two types of roulette wheels: European and American. While European wheels contain 37 slots, while American versions add two extra zeroes, totalling 38 pockets. Stick within your betting budget by not using winnings to fund future bets; additionally, watching other players can distract you from achieving your own gambling goals and hinder success; in order to increase chances of victory follow a proven strategy instead.
